DIY: Neon Jewelry & Shoulder Cut Out Shirt.

Hey guys, here I'm going to show you "How to" create your own neon jewelry and your shoulder cut out shirt. 

First you'll need any jewelry you have that you wanna use and some neon nail polish you own. 

And then start painting the jewelry you chose with the nail polish like so.. see it's to easy :)

Now you will need 1 shirt you don't use anymore, scissors and a pen.

Take the shirt and with the pen mark the area where you will cut like so..  

and CUT! 

And "voilà"! Your shoulder cut out shirt and your neon jewelry are ready to use (:
